  • 70 g sugar;
  • 150 g mascarpone;
  • 6 tbsp. l. almond crumbs;
  • 600 g of canned nectarines.

Grind the butter with powdered sugar into a homogeneous mass. Add egg yolk, add sifted flour in portions. Knead the dough that is not cool, collect it in a ball, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Prepare almond crumbs by grinding the peeled kernels in a coffee grinder or blender. Grease a refractory mold with melted butter. Sprinkle with almond flour. Roll out the dough into a layer, put it in a mold, level it, make low sides, pierce the bottom several times with a fork. Send the workpiece to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 15 minutes.

Dessert can be eaten immediately after baking, but it tastes better when chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of low-fat soft cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of premium wheat flour;
  • 90 g rice flour;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 130 g yogurt;
  • 2 large ripe nectarines (or 4 smaller ones);
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1 tspvanilla sugar;
  • 170 g granulated sugar.

Put softened butter (50 g), yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, plain and vanilla sugar into the mixer bowl. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass. Mix rice and wheat flour with baking powder, add flour in portions to the butter-yogurt mixture.

Wash nectarines, dry, cut into halves and remove seeds. Cut the hearth into slices. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, put half of the dough, level with a silicone spatula. Ingredients:

  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 250 g of yogurt or kefir;
  • 0.5 tsp soda;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. refined vegetable oil;
  • 180 g sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
  • 70 g dark chocolate;
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • 6 medium-sized ripe nectarines.

For Streusel:

  • 5 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder.

Pour kefir, vegetable oil and eggs into the mixer bowl, add vanilla and regular sugar. Stir until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. Pour in soda, add in portions sifted flour mixed with cocoa powder. The dough should be smooth and not too runny. Add chopped chocolate into small pieces.

Pour the dough into a rectangular shape with high sides, oiled. Wash the nectarines, dry them, cut them into rugs and remove the seeds. Place the halves of the fruit cut down on the dough.

Prepare a chocolate streusel. Sift flour, combine with cocoa and sugar. Melt the butter, pour into the flour mass and stir until coarse crumbs are formed. Fill the cake with a streusel.
