Pork rolls are tender and juicy! The dish is suitable both for a gala feast and for a family dinner.
It is necessary
- - baking dish;
- - toothpicks;
- - pork tenderloin without bones 600 g;
- - mushrooms 400 g;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - boiled chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - grated mozzarella cheese 1 glass;
- - heavy cream 1 glass;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Peel the onion and cut it into thin quarters. Fry in a skillet until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Rinse, peel and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Then add them to the skillet with onions and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ready-made mushrooms in a bowl, add chopped eggs and grated cheese. Mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Slice the pork across the grain into pieces approximately 7-8 mm thick. Season the pork with salt and pepper on both sides and beat well with a kitchen hammer until the pieces are thin and large enough to wrap around the filling. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on each piece of pork and roll the pork into a roll. Secure with toothpicks. Heat a large skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Fry the pork rolls on all sides, starting at the side seam. After the seam is seared, you can remove the toothpicks.
Step 3
Place the toasted rolls in a baking dish. Pour in about 1.5 cups of water and cream. Add black pepper and salt. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, until golden brown.
