If you want to diversify your table with a new meat dish, cook Hussar-style beef. The recipe makes it quite easy and from improvised ingredients to prepare a very tasty dish that can diversify a festive dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g boneless beef;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 - 3 onions;
  • 2 slices of white bread;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • 0.5 cups of meat broth.

Preparation:

Before cooking, the beef must be rinsed well and poured over with boiling water, then cut into even slices and beat off. At the same time, do not forget that in the future it is necessary to roll up tubes from the slices, so you should not make them too thick. Before frying, add salt and pepper to taste and place in a pan with well-heated vegetable oil.

To prepare minced meat, peel white bread and soak in meat broth or warm water for a few minutes. Finely chop the onion and pour over with boiling water, then add grated cheese, butter, spices and bread. The products must be thoroughly mixed by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Put the minced meat on the beef slices fried on both sides and roll up. Gently holding the edges, transfer the resulting rolls into a deep frying pan or saucepan and pour over the remaining juice from frying. If necessary, add hot water or broth and simmer, covered, until tender, for 15 to 20 minutes.

To decorate the resulting dish, it is better to use red vegetables and finely chopped herbs.
