In order to cook spaghetti Bolognese at home, you will need the following types of products: three hundred grams of ground beef, two hundred and fifty grams of spaghetti, a glass of broth, one hundred and fifty milliliters of red wine, fifty grams of Parmesan cheese, a tablespoon of butter, two tomatoes and a clove of garlic, three tablespoons of olive oil, two tablespoons of tomato paste, two teaspoons of a mixture of Provencal herbs, onion, black pepper, salt.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Grate the cheese.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add vegetable oil, add the onion and garlic there and fry for about five minutes.

Add the next ingredient - minced meat, then reduce heat and cook for about fifteen minutes, remembering to stir occasionally. Pour wine over the meat and simmer over low heat until the liquid evaporates.

Following this, you should put chopped tomatoes with tomato puree, pour in the broth and continue cooking for about half an hour. Salt, pepper, season with spices.
