Already a fairly large number of dishes from Italy have taken root and fell in love in our country. For example, such as lasagna, pizza, carbonara pasta, etc. Likewise, Italian spaghetti bolognese is for us ordinary pasta with minced meat and gravy.
It is necessary
- minced meat;
- spaghetti - 300 g;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- onions - 1 pc;
- celery;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- cream - 60 ml;
- olive oil;
- greens;
- fresh tomatoes - 5 pcs;
- red wine - 60 ml;
- ground black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and then quickly in cold water. Then take them out and peel them. Twist in a blender or meat grinder.
Step 2
Finely chop the carrots, onions and celery. Combine the chopped ingredients and sauté until half cooked over low heat.
Step 3
Lay out the minced meat, divide it into small pieces and stir. Saute the spaghetti bolognese mixture for 10 minutes, then season with pepper and salt.
Step 4
Add heat and pour in wine. Add the tomatoes, cover the skillet and simmer for another 20 minutes. Next, add chopped garlic, chopped herbs, pour in the cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Pour water into a large saucepan, add salt and simmer. Pour in the spaghetti and boil them over high heat for 10 minutes. Try not to boil them too much. Then discard the spaghetti in a colander.
Step 6
Divide the spaghetti into bowls, top with the bolognese sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Serve hot.
