Spaghetti Bolognese is an Italian dish with a pretty name. In practice, it turned out that such a restaurant dish is not difficult to prepare at home, especially since the entire cooking process will not take you more than 40 minutes.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of durum wheat spaghetti;
- - 400 g of homemade minced meat;
- - 1 head of a medium-sized onion;
- - 2 small tomatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- - 200 ml of hot water;
- - salt and black pepper to taste;
- - a small amount of dill, parsley and basil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti in a little salted water. Drain and leave the pasta in a colander.
Step 2
Fry the homemade minced meat until half cooked over medium heat, after adding vegetable oil to the pan. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomatoes, onions and add them to the minced meat. Squeeze the garlic into the resulting mixture, add salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs to taste.
Step 4
Pour a glass of hot water into the mixture of minced meat, tomatoes, onions and spices. Fry over high heat, without a lid, until all excess liquid has evaporated, thus making the Bolognese sauce.
Step 5
Place the spaghetti on a plate and top with the resulting Bolognese sauce. Bon Appetit!
