Everyone has probably heard about cheesecake, but not everyone knows how to cook it. And in this article, we decided to offer you a recipe for a coffee and cream cheesecake.
It is necessary
- Cream cheese: 300 g
- Instant coffee: 50 ml
- Egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 200 g
- Curd: 700 g
- Cocoa: 20 g
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with the curd mass. Take a bowl, add 700 grams of cottage cheese (5-9 percent fat) there. Add 300 grams of cream cheese on top. Break eggs into a bowl. Grind the resulting mass with an immersion blender. In the process of cooking, add another 200 grams of granulated sugar. Stir everything until smooth so that there are no lumps. The mass should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 2
We divide the resulting mass into two parts in equal proportions. Add half a cup of freshly brewed coffee to one of the parts. Add cocoa powder to this and mix. This will be the coffee layer of the cheesecake.
Step 3
Lay out the two resulting masses in layers in a mold. First, a white layer, put a coffee layer on it, then again a white layer, again a coffee, white and finally spread a coffee one.
Step 4
We send the cheesecake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the cheesecake from the oven, it should rise and brown, but after it has stood a little, it will settle a little. Carefully separate the edges of the cheesecake from the mold, that's all - the cheesecake is ready! You can decorate it with powdered sugar or fruit as you wish.
