Step 1
It takes 2 hours to cook baked meat. First, we prepare the meat: we wash it well, dry it and remove the films. Rub it with pepper and salt, wrap it in a sheet of foil and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 60 minutes. While the meat is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, onions into small cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the onion and fry until golden brown, add the mushrooms and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes so that all the liquid evaporates.
Step 3
Cook the rice until cooked in salted water, put it in a colander, add it to the onions and mushrooms, salt to taste, simmer for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. To prepare baked meat, roll out the finished puff pastry, put 1/3 of the mixture of mushrooms and rice on it, then the meat and the rest of the filling. Gently join the edges of the dough and place the meat on a dish covered with baking paper.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and leave for 30 minutes to form a golden brown crust. Cool the finished baked meat and cut into small pieces. Before serving, put on a large dish with tomato slices and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
