It's a common thing when a casserole is made in the oven, but when you try a casserole cooked in a slow cooker, you will realize that it tastes much better. Moreover, the benefits of the products remain the same as they were before.
It is necessary
- - 70 g of nuts or hazelnuts;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - zest of one lemon;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Step 1
In order to make a cottage cheese casserole, you need to fry the nuts and peel them. Then grind them and add two tablespoons of sugar to them. Add the grated zest of one lemon.

After preparing the filling, you can proceed to the main one - cottage cheese. First of all, you need to break two eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks must be added to the curd, and the protein must be placed in a cold place.
Step 3
After mixing the yolks with cottage cheese, add butter and separately whipped whites with sugar. Then mix everything well, add raisins. If the raisins are hard, then they will need to be soaked in cold water for a few minutes.
Step 4
Then put all this in a slow cooker greased with butter and put the previously prepared nut mass on top of the curd base. We set all this for thirty minutes. After cooking, let it brew for a few minutes.
