Our children's cottage cheese casserole will turn out to be juicy, fluffy and tender and you will need a slow cooker to prepare it.

- raisins or candied fruits - 1/3 cup;
- salt - 1/4 tsp;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
- semolina - 0.5 cups;
- kefir - 1 glass;
- cottage cheese - 550 g;
- sugar - 3/4 cup;
- egg - 4 pcs.

Children's cottage cheese casserole is prepared as follows. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and beat well once. Then add baking powder, salt, vanilla, semolina, kefir and cottage cheese in turn. Add raisins and mix well.
Step 2
Put everything in the multicooker bowl and set the Baking mode, set the time to 45 minutes. Children's casserole will turn out to be tender, carefully separate it from the walls with a spatula. Cover with a plate and gently turn the cooled bowl upside down. If the top is pale, sprinkle with cinnamon or jam.
Step 3
Children's casserole is ready. The disadvantage of cooking in a multicooker compared to an oven is that the top is pale. However, the bottom turns out to be more ruddy, you can leave the casserole upside down and serve like that.
