Beat juices and kefir with a mixer, add powdered sugar, mix. Pour the drink into a glass, add a few ice cubes and black and red currants for garnish.

Raspberry cocktail

Structure:

- 100 ml of chilled cream;

- 50 ml of raspberry syrup;

- 50 g of fresh raspberries;

- 20 g of icing sugar.

Whisk the raspberry juice, cream and icing sugar using a mixer. Pour the finished cocktail into a glass, garnish with whole raspberries on top. Serve immediately.

Strawberry cocktail

Structure:

- 100 ml of cold cream;

- 100 g of fresh strawberries;

- 20 ml sugar syrup;

Rub the strawberries, add cream, pour in the sugar syrup. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, pour into a glass, throw in a couple of ice cubes. A fragrant strawberry cocktail is ready, serve to little guests with a straw.
