Chicken meat can be easily replaced with chicken stomachs. They are prepared very simply - you have a little time to prepare the products, the rest will be done by the multicooker assistant. It turns out very tasty and healthy, you can serve it with any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of chicken stomachs,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - 20 grams of vegetable oil (a little more than 1 tablespoon),
- - 20 grams of tomato paste (a little more than 1 tablespoon),
- - salt to taste,
- - 3 peppercorns,
- - 1 bay leaf,
- - herbs for serving to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Put 500 grams of chicken stomachs in a bowl and cover with cold water and leave for an hour. After an hour, drain the water, remove the yellow skin from the stomachs, cut off the fat, and clean the specks. Rinse the chicken stomachs and cut into several parts (leave the small ones intact).
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Cut the peeled garlic clove in two.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker, set the "Fry" mode. After the oil has warmed up, put carrots, onions and garlic in it, fry for eight minutes, stir occasionally. Put chicken stomachs in vegetables, fry for another eight minutes.
Step 4
Eight minutes after frying the chicken stomachs, add tomato paste, peppercorns, bay leaf to the multicooker bowl, salt to taste, pour in 100 ml of water. Put the Stew program on the multicooker, time 2 hours 30 minutes. During cooking, do not forget to look into the multicooker: if necessary, add a little water.
Step 5
Serve ready-made chicken stomachs in portions, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
