Grissini are traditional Italian breadsticks. They can be cooked both sweet and bland. You can cook multi-colored sticks with different vegetable juices - it turns out beautifully, children like it. But kids will also like chocolate sticks.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of wheat flour;
- - 200 ml of water;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 20 g of fresh yeast;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml of warm water, leave for 10-15 minutes to activate. After that, sift 350 g of flour, make a depression in it, into which pour the yeast and water. Add sugar, salt, remaining water. Knead these ingredients into a grissini dough.
Step 2
Chop chocolate or take ready-made chocolate drops, add to the dough along with 50 g of flour. Knead the dough, leave in a warm place for 40 minutes, covering it with a clean towel.
Step 3
Divide the ready-made dough into several parts, then form uniform flagella sausages. They should all be roughly the same. Place the filaments on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do not rush to put in the oven - cover with a towel and leave to proof for 20 minutes. At the same time, put the oven to preheat to 200-220 degrees.
Step 4
Place a baking sheet with chocolate grissini in the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes - no more. Grissini with chocolate is prepared very quickly.
Step 5
Take out the baking sheet with chopsticks, cool the grissini completely, then transfer them to a vase and serve.
