  • - 1 egg;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - cocoa powder 2 tablespoons;
  • - 1 packet of vanillin;
  • - 1 bar of dark chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to melt margarine or butter in a water bath or at the lowest temperature in a microwave oven. Add sugar, egg, cocoa powder and vanillin to it. Mix everything with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

While stirring the mixture of butter and eggs with sugar, add a little flour so that the dough begins to thicken. It should be greasy, elastic, sticky and thick.

Step 3

A bar of dark chocolate must be broken into slices and each slice should be cut into 3-4 more small pieces. Add it to the finished dough and mix everything again, preferably with a silicone or wooden spatula. Cover the cup with cling film and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator and use your hands to form small balls, the size of a plum. Place baking paper or silicone mat on a baking sheet. Put balls on it, pressing them down and forming round cookies.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cookies for about 20-25 minutes. After the oven, allow to cool at room temperature. The cookie is ready!
