  • vegan chocolate - 150 grams;

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Sift flour through a sieve, mix with sugar, salt. Chop the vegetable oil into small cubes with a knife and add to the flour. Mix the entire mixture thoroughly.

Step 3

Put the shortbread dough in a square or rectangular shape, press down with a press. As a press, you can use a container with water, placed on a rectangular lid, with which you can cover the mold. Leave it there for about 15-20 minutes. Then pierce the dough in several places and leave to bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

To prepare the top layer, melt the butter in a small saucepan, add sugar, bring to dissolution, pour soy milk there. Add vanillin. Cook until thick and golden.

Step 5

Remove the biscuit from the oven, cool it slightly at room temperature. Pour the top layer onto it, achieving an even distribution.

Step 6

To prepare the glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour on top of the caramel layer. Cool the cookies at room temperature, then place them in the refrigerator for several hours, or better overnight. Cut the finished cookies into cubes.
