It is necessary
- - 2 conference pears (as large as possible);
- - 250 ml of heated milk;
- - 15 grams of fresh yeast;
- - 55 grams of sugar;
- - 250 grams of flour;
- - an egg;
- - zest of a quarter of a lemon;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - olive oil;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 45 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and lemon zest into a bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix warm milk with yeast, add 10 grams of sugar, leave aside for 5 minutes. Add the egg to the sugar, mix everything thoroughly. Pour milk with the yeast dissolved in it into a bowl with sugar and eggs, mix and add flour. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Peel the pears, cut into pieces, add them to the dough and mix very thoroughly so that each piece of pear is in the dough. Remove the bowl to a warm place, covering it with a towel, for 75 minutes.
Step 4
Heat enough oil in a skillet. It should be well heated so that the donuts in it are fried and crispy without absorbing the oil. Using two spoons of pear and dough, form donuts.
Step 5
Fry on both sides until golden brown and always crispy. Put the prepared pears in the dough on a dish with a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed into it.
Step 6
A wonderful breakfast is ready! For beauty, donuts can be lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar.
