A very original recipe for cooking beef. The meat is very tender and tasty. Dishes cooked in pots are always distinguished by their sophistication and extraordinary taste.

- - 500 g of beef pulp
- - 2 medium onions
- - 500 g beans
- - 400 g of pearl barley
- - 3 medium carrots
- - 2 tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-soak barley and beans overnight. If you have portioned clay pots, prepare the dish in them. If there are no pots, then a large cast iron cauldron or a fireproof saucepan will do.
Step 2
Put some fat in pots or cauldron, add beef cut into small pieces, salt and pepper. Add a little boiled water and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 3
After the beef is stewed in the oven for 30 minutes, add carrots, diced tomatoes, beans and barley, grated on a coarse grater. All this must be filled with water so as to hide all the products. Add your favorite spices if desired.
Step 4
Garlic works very well for this. Close the pots or cauldron tightly with a lid and put back in the oven. Cook for another 50 minutes. After that, you need to taste the meat. If it is soft and juicy, then the dish is ready. The cooking time can be extended if necessary. Beef can be served to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
Step 5
Even the toughest beef cooked in this way is very tender and juicy. This dish is perfect for a festive table. If you prefer spicy food, you can safely add hot peppers to the beef. If there are no tomatoes at hand, then they can be replaced with tomato paste.
