- a glass of strawberries
- 150g ice cream
- half a glass of fruit drink
Preparation:
Beat all ingredients until smooth.
2. Cocktail with kiwi and honey

- 2 kiwi
- half a glass of yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
Preparation:

- 100g ice cream
- half a glass of milk
Preparation:
Cut the banana, mix with ice cream, adding milk.
4. Blueberry cocktail
Ingredients:
- a glass of blueberries
- pear juice
- a glass of yogurt
Preparation:
Mix everything until smooth.
