Puff meat salad

For cooking, you will need half a kilogram of boiled beef, one glass of peeled walnuts, six medium-sized pickles, three cloves of garlic, four eggs, half a glass of mayonnaise.

Prepare ingredients: cut cucumbers, meat and eggs into cubes, chop walnuts and garlic. Puff meat salad, therefore, the components of the dish must be laid in a salad bowl in layers, in the following order: beef; cucumbers mixed with garlic; eggs. Smear each layer with mayonnaise, and sprinkle the final layer with nuts.

Ham salad with mushrooms

It is necessary to cut three hundred grams of mushrooms, tomatoes, ham into squares. Grate sixty grams of hard cheese and three boiled eggs. Peel and chop the onion. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, pour in the same amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms and onions in it until tender. Salt the mushrooms when frying.

Mix all prepared ingredients with mayonnaise in a deep bowl and put in a cold place for two to three hours. The ham salad with champignons is ready; when serving, it can be garnished with herbs.

Put one hundred grams of arugula on a flat dish. Add one hundred grams of chopped bacon and drizzle with a dressing consisting of a teaspoon of honey, salt, pepper, two tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Arugula and bacon salad will look beautiful if you sprinkle it with fifty grams of grated Parmesan and put cherry tomatoes on a plate.
