This version of homemade pizza is made not on ordinary yeast dough, but on curd dough, thanks to which the base is very tender. An unusual ingredient for pizza - sun-dried tomatoes will add flavor to the dish.
It is necessary
- • 250 g of natural cottage cheese;
- • 1 glass of flour (wheat);
- • 2 eggs;
- • ½ teaspoon of fine salt;
- • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda;
- • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- • 250 g salami;
- • 1 small onion;
- • 250 g of fresh mushrooms;
- • 150 g sun-dried tomatoes;
- • 180 g of cheese (hard varieties);
- • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Put natural cottage cheese in any deep container, add salt, add sugar, drive in a couple of chicken eggs, add wheat flour (it is recommended to sift it through a sieve or sieve when laying it). Quench the baking soda with a drop of vinegar, then add to the container.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and knead the curd dough in the process. Give it a spherical shape. Leave the finished dough on the table, cover with a clean cloth or waffle towel.
Step 3
Wash fresh champignons, remove defective spots, cut into slices. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (about 4 tablespoons), put chopped onion, fry it for just a couple of minutes, then add all the chopped mushrooms, mix and fry until mushrooms are fully cooked.
Step 5
Salami can be cut arbitrarily: into circles, semicircles or thin strips. It is better to take hard cheese for powdering, grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Grease a wide flat baking sheet with oil. Roll the curd dough into a thin layer and distribute evenly over the entire area of the baking sheet.
Step 7
Mix tomato sauce and mayonnaise in a small kosushka (proportions are indicated in the recipe list). Brush the entire surface of the pizza base with the tomato-mayonnaise mixture.
Step 8
Put the filling in turn (evenly distributing it over the entire area of the base): sausage, fried champignons, sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle everything with cheese. If you like a lot of cheese in your pizza, then you can grate more of it than indicated in the recipe.
Step 9
Place the pizza in the oven and bake until tender.
