Cooking process

  1. Cooking Easter must begin by chopping cottage cheese. To do this, rub it through a sieve twice.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with a mixer and combine them with cottage cheese.
  3. Combine powdered sugar with softened butter.
  4. Beat the cream with a mixer.
  5. We combine cottage cheese with butter mass. Add nuts, candied fruits, vanillin to taste.
  6. Add the whipped cream and place in the Easter baking dish. The form must be covered in advance with gauze folded in half. We cover the Easter mass with gauze on top and place the load. This is necessary so that excess moisture is gone.
  7. We put Easter in the refrigerator for 3 days. At the end of this period, we extract the Easter and decorate it additionally on top.
