Italian bread is different. Each region of Italy bakes its own, unique pastries. Any bread is delicious, perhaps because it is very warm in Italy. Or maybe the reason for the taste is that bread is prepared only from durum wheat.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 500 g;
- - water - 250 ml;
- - dry yeast - 7 g;
- - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;

Step 1
It will take three hours to make bread with parmesan and herbs, a baking dish, an oven. Also, prepare the ingredients listed in the recipe.

Dip granulated sugar, olive oil into warm drinking water, stir. Next, dissolve yeast and salt in water.

Sift wheat flour, gradually knead a soft dough. Continue kneading until the dough starts to stick to your hands. Put the semi-finished product in a large bowl, cover with a kitchen towel. Leave the dough warm for an hour. During this time, it should rise twice.
Step 4
For further work, knead the dough and roll it out. Prepare a layer 5 mm thick.
Step 5
Grate the cheese with a fine grater, spread over the surface of the layer. Sprinkle herbs over the top. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into rectangular pieces. Roll the slices into rolls. Do not place the workpieces tightly into the mold, cover them. Leave the uncooked bread in a warm place; it will rise in 30 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance. Lubricate the rolls with a beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake Italian bread for 40 minutes. The finished product can be served warm; it is most pleasant to tear it off with rolls from the main roll.
