Everyone is accustomed to the fact that a cupcake is a sweet dessert, but how surprised all family members will be when instead of the usual and boring cutlets they see meat cakes on the dinner table! This is not only delicious, but, moreover, the unusual presentation will whet the appetite of the most skeptical family members.
It is necessary
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - the pulp of white bread - a medium-sized piece;
- - chicken egg;
- - medium onion;
- - 250 g minced pork;
- - 250 g of minced chicken;
- - milk;
- - 10-12 red currant berries;
- - canned peas or corn;
- - pepper and salt;
- - dill, parsley, onion feathers.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the pulp of white bread in milk, set aside until needed, peel the onion and garlic, scroll, mix with bread crumb, chicken and pork mince and twist again. Then add an egg there, salt and pepper, focusing on your taste, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
After all this, you need to take clean silicone molds, put the minced meat in them up to half. Make grooves for the filling in each of the blanks and pour 2 small spoons of peas (or corn) there. Also add one currant berry at a time, cover the filling with a layer of minced meat on top, level it.
Step 3
Place the forms with minced meat in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake in this way for a little more than half an hour.
Step 4
When the muffins are baked until tender, take them out and cool, place on a large platter and garnish with parsley leaves, dill sprigs and onions on top.
