This simple, everyday dish prepares quite quickly and works well for both lunch and dinner. The recipe uses products that are usually sold in any store, which greatly simplifies the whole process and does not require additional time spending to find the right ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of boneless chicken (breast, legs);
- - 2 medium-sized onions;
- - 150 g of any cheese of your choice;
- - 50 g heavy cream;
- - 1 small potato;
- - any seasoning for poultry or turmeric (to taste and desire);
- - 2-4 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of pasta of any shape;
- - 1 large eggplant (or 2-3 small ones);
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 red bell peppers;
- - 3 ground tomatoes (ripe, juicy, with green seeds);
- - salt (to taste);
- - black and / or allspice pepper (to taste);
- - greens: dill, basil, parsley, cilantro (according to your taste);
- - vegetable oil for frying (preferably unrefined sunflower oil).
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken meat, drain, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into several pieces.
Step 2
Mince the chicken, one onion, potatoes and a clove of garlic through a meat grinder. Add cheese and cream. Salt and pepper, add seasoning, stir. Pass the minced meat through a meat grinder again, beat it off and put it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Wash the eggplants, remove the stalks, cut in half and place in a bowl of salted water (to remove the bitterness).
Step 4
Peel the carrots, grate. Wash the red pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut into small strips. Cut the second onion, mix with carrots and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat up, put prepared vegetables and sauté (fry on very low heat) for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Squeeze the eggplants slightly, cut. Place in a skillet and continue to sauté.
Step 6
Wash the tomatoes, chop (try to save all the juice). Add to vegetables, salt and pepper, stir and simmer until tender.
Step 7
Wash the greens, drain and chop finely together with the remaining garlic. Add to vegetables, heat and let it brew.

Put the pasta to boil.

Form the patties. So that the minced meat does not stick to your hands, moisten them with plain water. Preheat a frying pan with oil quite strongly, put the cutlets and fry on each side for a minute and a half. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
Step 10
Place cutlets and pasta on plates. Serve vegetables in a small, separate bowl. Decorate everything with greens.
