Classic Cinnabon is a world famous cinnamon roll with cream cheese sauce. A large, hearty bun covered with sauce is surprisingly easy and simple to prepare.

- Brown sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough:
in a small amount of warm milk with sugar, stir a pack (10 g) of dry yeast. Leave for 10 minutes, beat 2 eggs, add 100 softened butter or margarine, 100 sugar, salt. Combine with yeast, gradually stir in flour 500-700 gr. Cover the resulting soft dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 2
When the dough comes up, roll out into a layer 3 mm thick, grease the dough with softened butter or margarine

and sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with brown sugar

Roll into a roll, not very tight, and cut into strips about 10 cm long.
Step 5
Place the rolls, cut side down, opening them slightly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the rolls at some distance from each other. Bake for about 15 minutes at t 120 С
Step 6
Prepare the sauce:
mix 50-100 g of cream cheese with 100 g of icing sugar and 100 g of softened butter. Grease warm rolls with sauce.
