- - 2 eggplants
- - 150 g vegetable oil
- - 100 g of cheese
- - 150 g of cottage cheese
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 40 g walnut
- - 40 g greens
- - 3 g paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Salt, leave for 5 minutes. Rinse again, dry with a tissue.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the eggplant slices until golden brown and place them on the wire rack to remove excess oil. Place on a paper towel.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Put grated cheese, cottage cheese in a mixing bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, herbs, walnuts to them. Mix everything, add salt, pepper, sweet paprika.
Step 4
Put the filling on the eggplant slices with a spoon, roll them into rolls. Decorate the dish with herbs and serve.
