  • flour - 540 g;

  • flour - 3 tbsp.;
  • oil - 200 g;
  • granulated sugar - 1, 5 tbsp.;

Cooking takes place in three stages.

First:

  1. Heat milk, add yeast and 0.5 cups of flour.
  2. Stir vigorously, cover with a towel and heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the butter and egg mixture with vanilla, put in a dough, salt.
  4. Add flour and knead to a firm dough. Cover and set aside for 40 minutes to double.

Second:

  1. Make a gritty filling from flour, butter, vanillin and sugar.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.

The third:

  1. Cut the workpiece into two parts, roll out, grease with oil.

  • raisins - 180 g;
  • baking powder, cinnamon - 6 g each.

Cooking step by step:

  1. Sift 3 cups flour with baking powder into a cup, pour in sour cream, melted butter (200 g), egg and mix thoroughly.
  2. Knead elastic dough, put in a bag and put in a cold place for an hour.
  3. Grind 100 grams of butter with sugar and flour, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Scald the raisins with boiling water, blot with a napkin.
  5. After an hour, divide the dough into pieces, roll out any shape.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon, crumbs, add raisins and roll up.
  7. Divide the tube into small pieces, brush with beaten egg.
  8. Transfer to a metal baking sheet and bake at 165 degrees for 40 minutes.
