2. Azerbaijani with walnuts
To make Caucasian cookies, you will need the following proportions of products:
- sour cream, margarine - 210 g each;
- flour - 540 g;
- nuts, butter, sugar - 100 g each;

- vanillin - 1 tsp

3. Eastern flaky sweetness
For this recipe you will need the following components:
- ready-made puff pastry - 400 g;
- flour - 3 tbsp.;
- oil - 200 g;
- granulated sugar - 1, 5 tbsp.;
- vanillin to taste;
- yolk for lubrication.
Further step by step:
- Grind butter, sugar, flour and vanillin into crumbs.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread out the filling, and roll into a roll.
- Press it down from above, give it a flat shape, coat with yolk beaten with water.

4. Classic round gata

- Heat milk, add yeast and 0.5 cups of flour.
- Stir vigorously, cover with a towel and heat for 30 minutes.
- Beat the butter and egg mixture with vanilla, put in a dough, salt.
- Add flour and knead to a firm dough. Cover and set aside for 40 minutes to double.
Second:
- Make a gritty filling from flour, butter, vanillin and sugar.
- Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
The third:
- Cut the workpiece into two parts, roll out, grease with oil.
- Lay out the filling, gather the edges towards the center, pinch and turn over.

5. Karabakh gata with raisins
Prepare products:
- flour - 3, 5 tbsp.;
- sour cream 26% fat - 220g;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 300 g;
- sugar - 270 g;
- raisins - 180 g;
- baking powder, cinnamon - 6 g each.
Cooking step by step:
- Sift 3 cups flour with baking powder into a cup, pour in sour cream, melted butter (200 g), egg and mix thoroughly.
- Knead elastic dough, put in a bag and put in a cold place for an hour.
- Grind 100 grams of butter with sugar and flour, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Scald the raisins with boiling water, blot with a napkin.
- After an hour, divide the dough into pieces, roll out any shape.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, crumbs, add raisins and roll up.
- Divide the tube into small pieces, brush with beaten egg.
- Transfer to a metal baking sheet and bake at 165 degrees for 40 minutes.
