Spinach is known to be very healthy. Therefore, I suggest making buns with its addition. This dish turns out to be very interesting in taste.
It is necessary
- - flour - 250 g;
- - water - 130 ml;
- - dry yeast - 6 g;
- - olive oil - 30 g;
- - salt;
- - condiments;
- - dry dill - 1 teaspoon;
- - green onions - 1 tablespoon;
- - frozen spinach - 50 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
After taking spinach out of the freezer, do the following with it: defrost, then put in a bowl of water and boil until cooked. Remove the boiled spinach from the water, squeeze it well, and then set it aside for a while.
Step 2
In a separate deep bowl, combine the following: wheat flour, dry yeast, water, and salt, add it to your liking, olive oil and greens, which are finely chopped with a knife, that is, green onions and dill. After thoroughly mixing all of the above ingredients together, add chopped spinach to them. Season the mixture with any seasonings if desired. After kneading the resulting mass until smooth, you will get a dough for spinach buns. Leave it at room temperature until the volume is 2 times the original.
Step 3
First of all, knead the risen dough thoroughly with your hands, then pinch off equal pieces from it. Form each of them in the shape of a ball or in the form of a cake.
Step 4
Beat a chicken egg separately, and grease the cakes formed from the dough with it, after making small cuts on their surface. In this form, future spinach buns should stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Step 5
After a specified period of time has passed, put the figures from the dough on a baking sheet and send them to the oven to bake at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for about 20 minutes. After removing the finished baked goods from the oven, cover it with a towel on top. If it comes out dry, then slightly wet it with water. The spinach buns are ready!
