The recipe for a simple mushroom soup in a hurry for many housewives is just a salvation when you need to cook the first dish quickly. Soup with champignons and noodles is perfect for a lean table, as well as for people on a diet. After all, mushroom soup is very light, but at the same time quite satisfying.

Step 1
If you need to cook a delicious mushroom soup quickly, then you should take mushrooms that do not require long-term preliminary processing. For example, champignons.
Pour just over 1 liter of water into pots. While the water is boiling, prepare the mushrooms. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Send them to boiling water, cover with a lid and leave for a while.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Send the potatoes to the mushrooms in a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
Step 3
Prepare vegetable stir-fry for mushroom soup. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut half of the bell pepper into strips. Preheat a skillet, add oil and sauté vegetables for a few minutes. Send canned sweet corn there as well. Bell peppers and corn are non-standard ingredients for making mushroom soup. They add some piquancy to the dish, decorate it and add a sweet and fresh note of taste.
Step 4
Check the potatoes for doneness. It should be soft but not crumbly. Add a handful of noodles and vegetable fry to the soup. Salt, pepper and seasonings to taste are also best sent to the soup at this stage of preparation. 4-5 minutes and remove the mushroom soup from heat.
