  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • salt and black pepper - taste.

Step 1

How to make a pasta casserole:

First, peel and wash the carrots, then grate them on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and garlic, then chop finely. Grate hard cheese. Finely chop the washed parsley.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, in which then fry chopped carrots and onions until golden brown. Next, add parsley, garlic to them in a frying pan and mix everything well. Simmer the mixture, covered, for one minute, then remove from heat.

Then, add the minced meat to the vegetables fried above and mix everything again. Add the chicken egg there, as well as pepper, salt and mix everything again.

Fill a saucepan with water, salt it and boil it until the pasta is semi-cooked.

Now take a mold, with the first layer in which put half of the entire part of the boiled pasta. Then put half of all the grated cheese on them. Then spread all the minced meat with vegetables evenly. Then all the remaining pasta, then all the rest of the cheese.

Cover the dish with a lid and place in the oven. Everything should be baked for half an hour, at a temperature of 190 degrees C. After that, remove the casserole and cut into portions. Serve it hot.
