  • - 2 pickled cucumbers;

  • Meat with pickles and honey:
  • - 800 g of lean beef;
  • - 4 pickles;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.
  • Sour cream sauce with pickles:
  • - 1 glass of sour cream;
  • - 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 sweet pepper;
  • - parsley and dill;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.
  • Hot sandwiches:
  • - 6 slices of white bread;
  • - 60 g of cheese;
  • - 4 pickles;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 60 g ham;
  • - 100 ml of cream.

Pickled cucumber and tomato salad

Try a light vegetable dish with a savory touch. Cut the red onion into thin rings, the tomatoes and pickles into neat slices. Put vegetables in a salad bowl, fill them with vegetable oil, add finely chopped parsley and dill. Salt and pepper the salad, then stir it thoroughly and serve with meat and potato dishes.
