- - pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.;

- - sugar - 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Pour yeast into warm milk, add 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 0.5 tbsp. l. sugar and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. Then add an egg (1 pc.), Salt to the mixture, mix.
Step 2
Mix flour with softened butter, you should get crumbs. Gradually combine the flour and butter with the milk-yeast mixture. Knead the dough. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
Cooking the filling. Cut the loops into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Step 4
Grate pickles on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes (separate from the onions). Then add sugar (1 tablespoon) and ground pepper to the cucumbers. Combine cucumbers and onions. The filling is ready.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut medium-sized circles with a glass. Place 2-3 tsp on one side of each circle. filling, cover with the other half of the circle and press the edges well. Place the pies on a greased sheet with vegetable oil, at some distance from each other. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Spread the yolk on top of the pies. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. The pies are ready!
