  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 1 tablespoon of liquid honey;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Yoghurt dressing:
  • - 1/2 cup yogurt or yogurt;
  • - 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions;
  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon of grain mustard;
  • - ¼ teaspoon of salt;
  • - ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper.

For Chinese-style dishes, a sweetish mixture of honey and lemon juice is suitable. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and whisk with honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Add salt. This dressing is ideal for salads with shrimp or chicken pieces.

The mix of lettuce leaves can be complemented with a classic olive oil dressing. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper into a bowl.
