Seafood goes well with each other. This recipe clearly demonstrates the great taste of squid stuffed with shrimp in a delicate wine sauce.
It is necessary
- - 4 carcasses of peeled squid;
- - 500 g of shrimp;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 50 g flour;
- - 1 bunch of parsley;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste.
- To make the sauce you will need:
- - 250 g of tomatoes;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 150 - 200 ml of dry white wine.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the shrimps and fry in vegetable oil. Then place them on a plate. In the same pan, fry the onion until translucent, mix it with shrimp, boiled eggs, finely chopped parsley and grated cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Mix everything thoroughly, pepper, salt. Boil the squids (preserving the integrity of the carcass) and stuff with the resulting mixture, gently tamping. The edges can be secured with a toothpick if needed. Dip the squid carcasses in flour and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, gradually pour in the wine. While the wine is steaming, free the tomatoes from the skin and seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes. Place the chopped tomatoes in a skillet with wine and onions. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Then salt and pepper the sauce, add water and leave to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 20 minutes, place the stuffed squid on top of the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
