A good addition to Easter cakes will be sweets in the form of Easter eggs. I suggest you make them out of marshmallows. They are quite easy to make, and the taste is simply amazing!
It is necessary
- - white chocolate - 1 bar;
- - marshmallows - 1 pack;
- - confectionery powder;
- - baking paper;
- - form for baking.
Instructions
Step 1
The first thing to do is melt the white chocolate. To do this, break the chocolate into wedges, then put it in a saucepan, which, in turn, should be put on low heat. Once the chocolate has melted, it must be poured into another bowl and left to cool.
Step 2
After the chocolate has cooled, you need to add the marshmallow pieces to it. If you want to add something else to this dish, then do it at this stage. When all the ingredients are in place, you must mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Then you need to put baking paper on a baking dish or some other suitable dish. Now put a mixture of white chocolate and marshmallows on this paper and gently smooth it, and then decorate with confectionery powder.
Step 4
Put the form with the mixture in the freezer for a couple of minutes. This is necessary in order for the chocolate to freeze a little and turn into a solid bar. After the time has passed, take out the dishes with the mixture. It remains only to cut it into pieces of the required shape, in our case - eggs. You can use suitable cookie cutters for this. Easter eggs from marshmallows are ready!
