It is necessary

  • - sugar - 100g
  • - butter - 100g
  • - egg - 3 pcs.
  • - baking powder - 2 tsp (or soda, slaked with vinegar - 1 tsp.)
  • - flour - 200g
  • For molds:
  • - 15 eggs
  • - foil
  • - salt - 100g
  • - pastry syringe or bag

Instructions

Step 1

Use the tip of a knife to carefully poke a small hole in the blunt part of the eggs, about 8 mm in diameter.

Step 2

Drain the eggs through the holes.

Step 3

Soak the eggs prepared in this way in a solution of salt water (100 g of salt per 1 liter of water) for at least half an hour.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Step 5

Mash butter with sugar. Add eggs and stir. Pour in melted chocolate.

Step 6

Mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add to the liquid mixture. Knead the dough, the consistency of the dough should fall from the spoon with ribbons.

Step 7

Pour the dough into a pastry syringe. Squeeze the dough into egg tins about 2/3 of their height.

Step 8

Place the foil in a baking dish. Place eggs filled with dough on foil. Press the edges of the foil against the eggs to stabilize them.

Step 9

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 10

Remove the cooked chocolate eggs from the oven and cut the spilled dough until they are cold.
