Step 1
We take a knife and use it to carefully pierce the bottom of the egg. Then we clean the shell at the puncture site. There should be a hole the size of a 10-kopeck coin. After that we push the skewer into this hole. This is necessary in order to pierce the yolk. Pour out the contents, rinse and dry. This procedure must be done with all eggs.
Step 2
Now pour warm water into each egg and put them in a saucepan. In turn, so much water should be poured into it so that the eggshell is only a couple of centimeters in it. We put all this on fire, bring to a boil, then cook for another 2 minutes. This procedure will help get rid of salmonella.
Step 3
While the eggshell is drying, you can start with the filling itself, that is, with the chocolate. Mix the chocolate in one saucepan and melt it in a water bath.
Step 4
Then we take a pastry syringe and fill it with melted chocolate. Place the dried eggshells on the egg carrier with the bottom up. Pour chocolate into it and insert lollipop sticks. We put our dish in the refrigerator and leave it there until the chocolate is completely frozen. After this has happened, clean the shell. Chocolate eggs are ready!
