It is necessary
- - 350 g chili sauce;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar (white wine);
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - 2 teaspoons of chili powder;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - teaspoon of Tabasco sauce;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of parsley (fresh);
- - 8 chicken legs.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat up your grill. Prepare the chicken leg marinade. Chop a clove of garlic. Mix the chili sauce, garlic, sugar and white wine vinegar until smooth. Add olive oil, chili powder, Tabasco sauce to the mixture. Season the marinade with salt, add finely chopped parsley and pour in 1 tablespoon of water. Stir everything.
Step 2
Prepare chicken legs, rinse and dry with paper towels. Puncture them all over the surface. Place the drumsticks on the wire rack in the grill tray and generously brush the marinade over the chicken. Cook for 25 minutes, about 15 cm from the fire.
Step 3
Turn the chicken over and fry for another 20-25 minutes, while baking, coat the shins with marinade. Cook until clear juice emerges from the punctures.
Step 4
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped parsley before serving. Prepare potatoes, rice, or vegetables for a side dish.
