Make a light dairy-based dessert with strawberries. There is not a single gram of sugar in the dough, quite a bit of it in the cream. Cream contains fewer calories than butter. Therefore, such a cream in moderation is allowed for those who are losing weight. Here's what you need:

For the test:

- 70 dry biscuits;

- 30 g skim milk;

- 1 tbsp. butter;

- 2 tbsp. honey.

For white mousse:

- 100 g of vegetable cream;

- 250 g fat-free natural yogurt;

- 2 tbsp. gelatin;

- 3 tbsp. sugar or the same amount of honey.

For a pink mousse, you need the same as for a white one, plus 120 g of fresh strawberries.

For strawberry mousse:

- 1 tbsp. l. gelatin;

- 200 g of strawberries.

Cookies must be grinded into crumbs, add milk, warmed honey with butter, mix. Take a tall form with a diameter of 20 cm, line its surface with food grade cellophane, lay the cookie dough on the bottom, tamping it down, in an even layer. Place the mold in the freezer.

Start with the white mousse. First, soak the gelatin for 25 minutes. Heat it to 70C to dissolve it. Whisk in the chilled cream. Pour sugar into them or put liquid honey, add yogurt, mix the mass gently. Pour in lukewarm gelatin, stir. Take the mold out of the freezer, pour the mousse into it, put it back in the same place.

Let the mousse freeze for 20 minutes, then prepare the pink mousse. Make it like white, just before pouring in the gelatin, add the strawberries, mashed in a blender. Pour gently onto the frozen white mousse and refrigerate for an hour.

After this time, start preparing the strawberry mousse. Turn the berries into a puree, add the gelatin previously soaked and dissolved on fire. Stir the mass. Pour it over the top of the cake, refrigerate overnight. In the morning, take out the fruit cake, garnish with strawberries, whipped cream if desired, sprinkle with 30 g of grated dark chocolate.

Apricot baked goods

Sugar-free apricot cake is also low in calories. Take for a test:

- 3 egg yolks;

- 50 g butter;

- 150 g flour;

- 3 tbsp. sour milk or sour cream.

For the filling - 250 g of apricots.

For the cream:

- 1 egg;

- 1 tbsp. flour;

- 1 glass of skim milk;

- 2 tbsp. honey;

- a pinch of vanillin.

Mix all ingredients for the dough into a homogeneous mass. Roll out into a tortilla shape 2 cm larger than the diameter of the mold. Put parchment in the mold, brush it with oil, lay the dough, making the sides out of it. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 5 minutes.

Divide the apricots into halves, put them on the dough, bake for another 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Mix the ingredients for the cream, pour over the apricots, bake until the cream is lightly browned.
