We take the chicken breast, remove the skin, boil in salted water until tender. If the breast is frozen, then it does not need to be thawed; boiled in this form, it is easier to separate into pieces. You can use breast fillets. Thigh fillets are not suitable for this salad due to the higher fat content.
Step 2
At this time, we take a head of Chinese cabbage or lettuce, cut off all the hard parts of the leaf, and cut into medium pieces, about 2 cm in size. Or you can tear them with your hands. We put it in a bowl.

Open the canned pineapple rings. We cut the ring into four parts. If you take pineapple in pieces, then they are usually too large, they need to be cut, and the rings are much more convenient to cut. Put in a bowl with lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Cool the boiled breast and cut into pieces of about 2 cm. First, cut along the fibers, then across.
Step 5
