Buckwheat has excellent nutritional qualities due to the high amount of easily digestible protein. Over the years, cereal dishes have been unfairly relegated to the background and used as a side dish, many recipes have been forgotten. The persistent delusion that porridge makes you fat also played a role. A complete self-sufficient dish like buckwheat cake can be prepared in minutes.

- otry buckwheat - 400 gr
- egg - 1-2 pieces
- mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- mushrooms - 100 gr
- cheese - 80 gr
Instructions
Step 1
Add an egg to the buckwheat porridge, mix, put in a greased dish. Tamp down a little and smooth the surface with a spoon.

Fry onions with mushrooms

Add mayonnaise to the fried mushrooms, mix.
Step 4
Put mushrooms on top of buckwheat porridge, smooth, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes.
