What you need (for 4 servings):

  • pasta, preferably spaghetti - 300 g;
  • cream (from 10% fat, but the fatter the better) - 300 ml;
  • smoked brisket or bacon - 300 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • tomato paste or mashed tomatoes - 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • salt, spices (pepper, a mixture of Italian herbs) - to taste.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Boil spaghetti, it is recommended to cook until "al dente". However, if you prefer more cooked pasta, cook it for a couple of minutes longer than indicated on the pack. This can be done in the "Cooking", "Soup" or "Pasta" mode.
  2. Then drain the water and set the spaghetti aside.
  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Combine yolks with cream and tomato paste, add finely chopped garlic and spiced salt.
  4. Cut the brisket (or bacon) into small slices. Place the multicooker on the Bake program for 30 minutes. Pour oil into a bowl and wait for it to heat up. Fry the brisket for 5 minutes.
  5. Without taking the brisket out of the bowl, add the sauce to it, mix everything, close the lid of the multicooker.
  6. After the multicooker signals the end of work, add grated cheese to it, mix everything well.

  • pasta, better than spaghetti - 300 g;
  • minced pork and beef - 0.3 kg;
  • mashed tomatoes - 0.3 l;
  • onion, it is better to take red - 1 pc.;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • olive oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • a mixture of spices "Provencal herbs" - to taste;
  • salt, black pepper to taste.

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente, drain and let cool.
  2. Pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" (or "Baking") mode for 15 minutes. Wait for the oil to heat up, and then put the finely chopped onion into the bowl.
  3. Saute the onion for 5 minutes, and then add the minced meat to it. Fry the minced meat with onions until half cooked. Turn off the program.
