The frittata dish is prepared quickly, but it turns out to be very tender and satisfying. It can be supplemented with aromatic onions, beef, as well as tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon. For dinner or lunch, cheese frittata can be served with either soup or salad.
It is necessary
- - 450-500 grams of ground beef;
- - pepper and salt to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- - 1/4 tsp. garlic powder;
- - 10 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 120 grams of Cheddar cheese.

Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients you may need to make your cheese frittata.
Step 2
Pepper the ground beef, salt and fry over medium heat until tender.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings and fry too, separately from the minced meat, until golden brown.
Step 4
Drive the eggs into a deep container. Pour in milk and add 1/2 cheddar cheese, which must be grated on a fine grater first. Salt and pepper the resulting mass.
Step 5
Put an even layer of fried beef in a bowl, then a layer of onions. Fill everything with a mixture of eggs. Sprinkle the other half of the grated cheese on top.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, place the dish there and bake until golden brown. This will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
