Champignon salad with green peas
This salad is very easy to prepare and will take a minimum of time, and, most importantly, all the raw materials can be bought at any time of the year.

First, the mushrooms need to be washed, peeled and boiled in seasoned water until tender. Then cool and cut into small cubes, then fry in olive oil.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes too.

Then combine the fried mushrooms, potatoes and canned peas and add mayonnaise, salt and you can decorate with herbs, or you can add greens to the salad itself and mix with the resulting mass.

Peel hot peppers from seeds and cut into thin strips.
