Warm slightly to room temperature, kefir, add a teaspoon of baking soda and stir thoroughly to foam. Now put a teaspoon of salt in here. You can use regular table salt or sea, medium grind.

Step 3

Pour in one tablespoon of alcohol. It can be wheat or any other vodka. Do not use medical alcohol that is sold at the pharmacy. Stir the mixture and pour in the vegetable oil. Use high-quality vegetable oil, you can take sunflower, corn, unrefined olive. Do not be afraid of the aroma inherent in a natural product, it will not spoil the taste of the finished dish.

Now, little by little, in small portions, mix the flour into the mixture. It will take 4 - 5 glasses of 250 ml. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to your hands. Sprinkle flour on the table, place the dough rolled into a ball and cover with a bowl. Leave it for half an hour for the food to interact, the result is a soft, elastic soft dough, not greasy, which is pleasant to work with.

Pies can be of any shape: round, crescent-shaped, oval, triangular. Put the prepared products on a baking sheet greased or dusted with flour. The top of the pies can be greased with strong tea, milk, butter, sugar syrup or egg yolk.
