Tart can be more than just sweet. A good combination of mushrooms and chicken - it's often used in salads. We will prepare a tart with mushrooms and chicken - you get a hearty lunch or dinner. We will cook it with milk cheese sauce.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 350 g flour;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1, 5 Art. spoons of cold water;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- For filling:
- - 300 g of mushrooms;
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - 1 onion;

- For the sauce:
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 200 g of cheese;
- - 40 g of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - nutmeg, white pepper, salt, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in slightly salted water. Grind the flour and butter into crumbs. Add water, sour cream, sugar, a pinch of salt. Knead the dough from these ingredients, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator for half an hour. While you can do the filling.

Cut the onion into half rings, fry in vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms (for example, mushrooms or oyster mushrooms), fry a little Boil the chicken breast, cut into small cubes, add to the filling, stir, salt, add thyme, simmer together for a couple of minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, fry for a couple of minutes. Pour in a thin stream of milk, stir with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Add a pinch of white pepper, cook the sauce until thick, stirring occasionally. Add 100 g of grated cheese, stir. Add salt and nutmeg, turn off heat.
Step 5
Spread the filling evenly over the dough, top with the sauce, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake the mushroom and chicken tart for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, the cheese should be well browned.
