There is no limit to perfection in the world, including culinary. Dishes are becoming more and more sophisticated and interesting, and sometimes they look like real works of art in decoration. So meat rolls with mushrooms delight with their appetizing appearance and wonderful aroma, so you should definitely cook them. Meat rolls can be prepared from any meat, but the most juicy and tender they are obtained from pork.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg pork fillet
- - 500 g of chanterelles (mushrooms can be used)
- - 2 onions
- - 300 g of hard cheese
- - 5 eggs
- - vegetable oil
- - bread crumbs
- - spices: nutmeg, basil, black pepper, oregano
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - mayonnaise, salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork fillet into portions of about 200 grams each and beat off. Lightly salt and pepper the meat.
Step 2
Pass the garlic through a special press, chop the spices and mix with a little mayonnaise. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and chop. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Chop the onions and fry them together in chanterelles in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Combine onion with mushrooms with mayonnaise dressing and mix everything well.
Step 5
Put the finished filling in the middle of the chop and roll the meat into a roll. Spread mayonnaise on top and roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
To prevent the rolls from falling apart, you need to tie them with a thread. Fry on all sides and sprinkle with grated cheese on the hot rolls. The dish is served hot with any side dish.
