To prepare a light and savory salad for a dinner party, you will need the following products:

- 200 grams of shrimp;

- 7 tangerines;

- 1 apple;

- 100 grams of celery root;

- ½ lemon;

- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

- lettuce leaves;

- 6% table vinegar;

- salt.

Boil the shrimp in salted and acidified with vinegar water, discard in a colander, let the water drain, cool and peel.

Peel the tangerines, squeeze the juice from 3 and mix it with mayonnaise. Divide the remaining 4 tangerines into wedges and remove the white foil. Peel the apple, cut into halves, core and cut into thin slices. Wash the celery root, dry, peel and chop finely.

- 500 grams of turkey fillet;

- ½ bunch of parsley;

- 200 milliliters of dry white wine;

- 2 tablespoons of mustard;

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- lemon juice;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with a napkin or paper towel, and then cut into 8 thin strips lengthwise.

Peel a clove of garlic and pass through a press, wash the parsley greens, dry and chop finely, mix the prepared garlic and parsley with wine and mustard, salt and pepper. Then marinate the turkey meat in the prepared mixture for 3 hours.

Wash the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Peel the apple, remove the core and drizzle with lemon juice so that it does not darken. Rinse prunes and soak for 15 minutes in hot boiled water.

After removing the meat from the marinade, dry it. Grease wooden skewers with vegetable oil and string a piece of meat, then a slice of apple, again meat, onions, meat and prunes.

You can decorate kebabs with cherry tomatoes or decorate the dish with roses made from ordinary tomatoes. To do this, use a sharp knife to cut the skin from a dense tomato in a spiral 1, 5 cm wide and twist it in the shape of a rose.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning the skewers periodically.
