    • Trout with mushrooms:
    • trout fillet - 500-700 g;
    • champignons - 400 g;
    • onion - 1 pc.;
    • mustard - 2 tsp;
    • sour cream - 200 g;

    • vegetable oil;

Step 1

Trout with sauce Peel the fish of bones and scales, wash and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into portions, rub them with salt and pepper, drizzle with 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Mix mustard (2 tablespoons) with honey, coat the trout with this mixture.

Step 2

Cut out squares from the foil so that you can wrap a piece of fish in each. Brush the foil with olive oil, place the fillets on it and wrap. Place the fish in the oven for half an hour.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce, for this finely chop the herbs and whisk in a blender with sour cream and yogurt (no additives). Add the remaining mustard, chili and salt to the resulting mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Serve the fish with the sauce and fresh vegetable salad.

Peel the onion and chop it finely, cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the mushrooms in it until crisp. Remove the ready-made champignons from the pan and lightly fry the onion in the same oil. Combine fried onions with mushrooms and chopped herbs.

Step 6

Place each fillet portion on foil, top with the onion-mushroom mixture and pour over the sour cream. Seal the foil with an envelope so that the fish is free in it. Bake the trout in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Trout with cheese Wash the trout, divide it into pieces, grate with spices and place on a baking sheet. Peel the onion and cut it into rings, cut the lemon into thin rings too. Chop the dill and mix with the sour cream. On each piece of fish, put a ring of lemon and onion, pour sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake trout fillets at 180 oC for half an hour.
