To make delicious pollock fish cakes, you need the following ingredients:

- pollock (fillet) - 1 kg;

- loaf - 250 g;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- milk - 100 ml;

- sugar - 1 tsp;

- pepper, salt, fish spices - to taste;

- bread crumbs.

Peel the chilled pollock, then remove the head, tail and fins. If you have purchased a ready-made pollock fillet, then immediately pass it through a meat grinder.

Wash onions, peel, cut into small pieces, and then fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Soak the loaf in milk.

Pass the fish fillet along with the soaked loaf through a meat grinder. Then add the fried onions to the minced meat. You can also break a chicken egg into minced meat, but then the cutlets may not turn out so tender.

To add aroma and flavor to the cutlets, add salt, pepper and any spices of your choice. It goes well with minced pollock sugar and dried lemon balm, which will give the cutlets a rich taste.
